Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 5 October 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the SASA business operations platform provided by NEKSES INVESTMENT LTD. By accessing SASA, you confirm that you are authorised by the organisation whose account you use and agree to these Terms.
1. Business service
SASA provides tools for business operations, which may include sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, debt tracking, payroll, communication, reporting, and related functions. Features may change as the service is maintained and improved.
2. Accounts and authorised use
- You must provide accurate information and use only the account and permissions assigned to you.
- You are responsible for protecting your password, verification codes, and active sessions.
- You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access and must not share credentials or bypass access controls.
- The subscribing organisation is responsible for managing its users, permissions, data entry, approvals, and lawful use of the service.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use SASA to break the law; infringe another person's rights; access data without authorisation; distribute malware; interfere with service security or availability; misrepresent transactions; send unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited, or abusive communications; or attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Customer data
The subscribing organisation retains responsibility for the business data it supplies to SASA. It must ensure that it has authority to collect, enter, use, disclose, and communicate using that data. We may process that data to provide, secure, support, and lawfully administer the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Messaging services
SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other messages rely on third-party networks and providers. The organisation must obtain any consent required for a message and comply with opt-out requests, messaging rules, template requirements, and applicable laws. A provider's acceptance of a message does not guarantee delivery, reading, or a response. Provider availability, restrictions, and charges may apply.
6. Records and decisions
SASA assists with recording and reporting business information but does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, or financial advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing records, maintaining appropriate backups and supporting documents, correcting errors, and obtaining professional advice where necessary.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be limited for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider outages, or events outside reasonable control. We may change or discontinue functionality with reasonable regard for active customers and legal obligations.
8. Intellectual property
SASA software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to NEKSES INVESTMENT LTD. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for the authorised organisation's internal business operations.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment under an applicable service agreement, or when required by law. After termination, data is handled under the applicable agreement, our Privacy Policy, legitimate backup cycles, and legal retention duties.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. NEKSES INVESTMENT LTD is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate data supplied by users, unauthorised credential use, third-party network or provider failure, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute directly; unresolved disputes may be submitted to the courts or another competent forum in Uganda, subject to any controlling service agreement or mandatory law.
12. Contact and changes
We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
